15 Gratitude Prompts for Your Gratitude Journal

It is important that you practice gratitude daily. Even few minutes of contemplation and acknowledgement of everything good you already have can work miracles in your life.

The prompts I included here will take more than few minutes. Practice them once a week to enhance your daily practice.

Some prompts may not apply to you – just move forward to the ones that apply.

For each prompt write a short paragraph with the reasons why you are expressing gratitude.
