7 Steps of the Law of Attraction

It is easier to look at the Law of Attraction step-by-step. I broke it down into 7 steps for simplicity.

1. Taking responsibility for your own life and having clarity.

First, you start regular meditation and gratitude practice. They will help clear your mind of negativity and raise your vibrations.

Then, you take responsibility for your own life by stopping blaming other people and circumstances for what happened to you and accepting sole responsibility for what is. This is HUGE. Actually, some of the other points below are parts of this one. Check The Law of Attraction and Ownership article for more details.

Afterwards, you look at your life and get insights by answering series of questions. By the end of this step you clearly know what you want.

Note, that this is not an overnight process. Be prepared to spend few weeks on this step.

2. Reviewing negative beliefs and getting rid of them.

Continue with meditation, gratitude and self-reflection practices, introduce affirmations for your particular beliefs. Develop a simple well-being practice and follow it daily.

Create a vision board and visualize vividly what you want by using all your senses. It is better to do affirmations and visualizations in self-hypnosis state.

You can use other techniques that you know or are open to learn to help you clear your negative beliefs such as Emotional Freedom Technique, ho’oponopono, NLP and many others.

3. Taking inspired actions.

By now, you should know what actions to take towards your goal. List all the steps and create short-term and long-term plans with deadlines (use the SMART goal-setting concept).

4. Having faith.

Things will go tough from time to time. Never give up. Never give up doesn’t mean to do things that don’t work. Learn from your mistakes, change things but keep going. As long as you do your daily mind clearing practices you will be guided towards your goals. Use what I call “anticipatory gratitude” – be grateful for the things that are coming into your life.

5. Maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

You might think it has nothing to do with positive mind but it does. Foods are chemicals that affect the way we think. Eat foods that support health, give energy and promote positive outlook on life. These are vegetables, legumes, whole grains, fruits, etc. You know what the right diet is. Exercise. You need a fit body so you can keep going and also enjoy the journey.

6. Letting go.

This might seem contradictory to some of the steps above but it isn’t. While working towards something you’ve been guided to, you might discover something else; something bigger and better can come into your life while you follow your intuition so don’t get attached to anything. Do your daily practices, take the steps you are inspired to take and let go of the end result. Be happy here and now.

7. Having an enjoyable life.

Remember about precious little time we all have on this planet. Enjoy your life. Take some time to watch the sunset, smell roses, take a bath, read a book, listen to your favorite tunes – do something that you love. Enjoy the journey.
